Thrill, excitement, and joy were three of the many spectators as Ropstam recently organized a fun-filled Malta-riffic Winter Fest to celebrate the winter season in full flow. A fusion of winter fest and jollification of oranges, this fest was one of the many occasions showcasing the harmony and vibrant spirit at the Ropstam office.
A testament to Ropstam’s motto of promoting work-life balance, the Malta-riffic Winter Fest was widely acclaimed by all the team members. Here is a short summary of the fun-filled activities held at the office.
Commencing the Event with Bonfire
As the sun dipped below the horizon and a sunny day gave way to dark clouds in the sky, all the team members gathered around a roaring bonfire. The comforting blaze provided a soothing contrast to the cool evening, marking the start of our Malta-riffic Fest. It was an evening where the chill of the season was forgotten, replaced by the warmth of our collective joy. It was, indeed, a remarkable beginning to a remarkable evening.
Fun-Filled Activities
To keep the team members engaged and provide a break from the hectic work routine, a number of activities were arranged by the management. From the orange peeling competition to the orange juice-making competition, such activities took place among the laughter and cheers of all the team members. In the end, prizes were distributed to the winners of each activity.
Food Stalls
The activities were not the only part of the event to keep the attendees entertained. A variety of food stalls with a multitude of options for everyone were on display from the beginning of the event to the very end. Team members were in awe of the management for such meticulous arrangements as the fest came to an end.
Hoodie Distribution Ceremony
In an effort to uplift spirits and combat winter lethargy, Ropstam management distributed cozy hoodies to all team members post-Orange Day Fiesta. Sporting these stylish and comfortable garments, our Lahore Office team exuded confidence in their new attire.
Similarly, the Islamabad Office embraced these cozy yet fashionable hoodies with admiration. All in all, it was a terrific initiative by the management to distribute these hoodies among the team members as a measure to counter the threat of severe winter weather.
