Don’t get yourself confuse. We are not doctors. Its just that we are wearing our companies shirt and that coincidently making us look like doctors. But we can treat and diagnose your software related issues though.
The year 2019 was a tough year. Yet we all made through it and finally landed in another year and another decade.
New year, New hopes, New Goals
Well, where the team puts its all focus on developing and delivering good projects to clients. They also get excited about showing up their creative side. Team Ropstam Enjoyed celebrating the new year party at the office. Have a look at the glance of how ropstam celebrated their new year.
Team Ropstam had put their all efforts into decorating the office for the new year party. Employees also decorated their desks and we had small interview sessions with the employees. We went live on Facebook to spent our new year with our dear followers. We shared our excitement and joy with them. Indeed, It was a lot of fun. You can see how excited we all were doing the celebration.
Afterward, we had lunch together and played games, like Antakshri, Ball in a Cup (we actually were unable to name this game but you can always see how we tried playing it). Later we had chess and video games on the console at the office. We tested our employee’s marksmanship, singing, intellectual and strategic skills. Few were amazing but some really needed to work on their respective weaknesses though. Overall, it was an amazing interactive day.
We need to acknowledge that tea and sweet is a must. So we had some refreshment session at the office, where we enjoyed donuts, patties. cookies and tea. We acknowledge the employees who decorated their desks for the day. They showed up with the best creative and artistic performance. Some employees bought amazing stuff from the market and some made their own customized products

In the end, we set new resolutions and goals. We all work together and therefore we have one same resolution to work harder than we did before. While ending this day, we awarded our employees with certificates on their performances. Ropstam never fails to notice the little in their employees which always encourages them to work hard and stay motivated.
