UI/UX Team Lead
Ropstam is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Design Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As our Design Team Lead, you'll be pivotal in guiding and inspiring your team to bring innovative designs to life. If you have an exceptional eye for design, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating digital experiences people love, then we want you at the helm of our design team.
Office Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
955 Service Road, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into outstanding design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all products, projects and platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Present and communicate design concepts effectively to both internal teams and clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant degree.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as a team lead.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
