We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator (Female) to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to improve our social media strategy. Your daily tasks will include driving engagement, coming up with unique ideas, and keeping up with digital marketing trends to build a strong social media presence.

9 am to 6 pm

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute digital marketing strategies across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) to grow our online presence.
  • Develop original content, including videos, graphics, and posts, using tools like Adobe Photoshop and video editing software.
  • Respond to comments, foster discussions, and create interactive content to drive active engagement with audiences.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns that align with the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to optimize campaigns for success.
  • Work with our creative and marketing teams to align content and campaigns with the company’s goals and branding.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow our digital platforms and engage with like-minded communities.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in IT, software, or e-commerce industries.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, video editing, and scheduling tools for managing digital content.
  • Proven experience growing and managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Content creation—especially video—you can film, edit, and post both short and long videos, knowing what makes them successful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English for engaging audiences and collaborating with teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and trends to drive online growth.
