We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. 9:00-18:00

DHA 2, Main G.T Road Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Use job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to source candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Assist in posting job ads on various platforms and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and ensure timely follow-up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- People skills and an active frame of mind.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Basic understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
