Development Lead (Web & Mobile App)
We are seeking a skilled Development Lead to join our dynamic and innovative development team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of MERN stack developers, Mobile App developers, designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Office Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
955 Service Road, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Develop and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Strong knowledge of web and mobile development platforms, databases, frameworks, and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of development frameworks & languages, Node.js, Python, Laravel, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB, Flutter, and React Native mobile development.
  • Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Work closely with the UI/UX design team to implement visually appealing interfaces.
  • Foster the adoption of best engineering practices across all aspects of software development to build, deploy, test, and release large-scale services with quality and agility, while maintaining our current platform to continue to meet client’s commitments.
  • Partner with the Dev-Ops and Test Automation teams to achieve the maximum productivity benefit utilizing DevOps principles and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to MERN stack development.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience developing Software Systems, Web, and Mobile applications.
  • 3+ years leading highly technical and high-performance engineering teams to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end.
  • Experience in managing Mobile App (Flutter, React Native) projects.
  • Solid understanding of the MERN stack components: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (React.js).
  • Proficient in server-side programming with Node.js and Express.js.
  • Familiarity with database design and management using MongoDB.
  • Excellent written and verbal English-language communication skills
  • Proven experience of working with International Clients
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) in React.js applications.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
