This event aimed to empower the women of Ropstam with knowledge about this type of cancer, early detection, as well as the importance of mental well-being. With renowned psychologist Miss Rubab Hassan as the guest speaker, this session provided a valuable platform for learning, support, and inspiration.

Décor at Lahore and Islamabad Offices
To create a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere, our team adorned the Islamabad office with festive decorations. Pink balloons and bouquets were strategically placed to add a touch of cheer and create a welcoming environment. The decorations not only enhanced the visual appeal of the office but also set the tone for the informative and empowering seminar that was to follow.
The Lahore team was also equal to the task as the management worked tirelessly to ensure that female employees could still participate virtually. With the set up of a dedicated virtual meeting room, arrangements were made to ensure that the Lahore-based female employees could participate in the session virtually.
Insightful Session with the Guest Speaker
When the seminar officially kickstarted, it quickly became apparent that the discussion around this disease was going to be very informative as well as emotional for everyone. By sharing the inspirational stories of survivors of breast cancer and spreading awareness about this disease, Miss Rubab made sure that all the taboos around the disease were broken in a detailed and comprehensive female-only session.
While the goal of this session was to raise awareness about breast cancer, another topic that was discussed in detail was the stigma around mental illnesses and the significance of a sound mental health condition for everyone in society. All in all, the attendees felt empowered after taking part in this one-of-its-kind session, arranged by Ropstam’s management.
