Honoring the Outgoing Employees
During the farewell ceremonies for our valued employees, we honored their dedication and hard work with touching gestures. Both outgoing team members were presented with a bouquet symbolizing appreciation and gratitude, accompanied by honorary certificates recognizing their significant contributions.
The highlight of the event was the heartfelt speech by our Manager Operations, acknowledging their invaluable impact on the team and wishing them success in their future endeavors. The void left by the departure of Jalal and Adnan will undoubtedly be difficult to fill.
Emotional Speeches from the Colleagues
Throughout their tenure at Ropstam, both Jalal and Adnan were considered two of the most well-respected and friendly members of the team. When the time came to bid them farewell, understandably, the closest friends and colleagues of the outgoing employees were a bit emotional. A number of them were invited to the stage to share their feelings on this occasion. Each and everyone had nothing but words of admiration and kindness for Jalal and Adnan.
Eventually, everyone left for their homes after wishing the outgoing members the best of luck for their future endeavors. The attendees also hailed the management for arranging a fitting farewell for two outstanding members who were integral to Ropstam’s success over the years.
