We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our presence in the gaming sector on various freelance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming industry and a proven track record of securing business through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our gaming projects.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the gaming industry through freelance platforms.
- Actively search for new business opportunities and projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
- Leverage a genuine passion for mobile gaming to connect with clients and better understand their needs.
- Engage with prospective clients by crafting compelling proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging freelance opportunities, and competitor activity within the gaming sector.
- Create customized and competitive proposals for gaming projects that meet the client’s requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, etc.) to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing gaming-related projects through freelance platforms.
- Oversee project delivery to guarantee client satisfaction and uncover additional business opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze the effectiveness of various strategies and optimize approaches to improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the gaming industry & tech sector
- Strong experience working with freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of gaming trends and technologies.
