The Challenge
Tibor sought to address the challenge of supporting the self-employed and SMEs in achieving their personal and professional goals, as well as maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The challenge was to develop an app that provides personalized growth programs, audio and video coaching sessions, and goal-setting and progress-tracking features, all in one place.
The Solution
Tibor’s app offers personalized growth programs that are tailored to each user’s needs and preferences. Users can also access audio and video coaching sessions with expert coaches and mentors to help them achieve their goals. The app also features a dashboard for tracking work-life balance, enabling users to monitor their progress towards their personal and professional goals.
Discovery
Ropstam helped Tibor build a dashboard for tracking work-life balance, which is a key feature of the app. The dashboard enables users to track their work hours, breaks, and other activities, providing them with valuable insights into their work-life balance. Ropstam utilized React Native for the app development, along with Node.js and MongoDB for the backend.
To bring the web app to fruition, Ropstam followed a strategic roadmap that included the implementation of the designed plan, the creation of the website, thorough testing, and a successful launch.

Designing & Wireframing
To bring Tibor’s app to life, Ropstam first developed wireframes that served as a blueprint for the app’s design. Adobe XD was used as a UI/UX tool to create the wireframes.
App Development
The app was developed using the latest tech stack, including React Native for the app development and Node.js and MongoDB for the backend.
Testing and Deployment
With the app nearing completion, it was time to thoroughly test it using the latest tools and technologies. To ensure compatibility and performance on web, iOS, and Android operating systems, the app was tested separately on each platform. In addition to manual testing, a performance analysis was conducted using the Appium testing tool.
