Celebrations are never completed without a hefty BBQ party, especially if Festivities are followed by Eid. Ropstam is always ahead in making every occasion worthwhile with new ideas, parties, and triumphs.
Ropstam arranged such a fantastic event of BBQ party where everyone enjoyed the lovely rain with scrumptiousness of spicy flavors and smoking meat.
The barbeque party started with the participation of every employee. We all took participation and arranged the meat. The marination part was the most fun, where everyone added their flavors to make the barbeque the most delicious and yummy.
Everyone was indulged in food gossips, fun talks about barbeque, and much more. After marination was done, the next step was to get the meat onto skewers. The real fun started when we were putting food onto skewers. Our hands were getting messier, but our spirits of cooking the goodness were rising high. We decided to have enough meat on the skewers all at once so that we do not have to get ourselves messier with the marinate.
After we were done with embedding the meat on skewers, the next step was the grilling process. We started grilling, and rain started pouring down. The weather was getting very pleasant, but it was causing our grilling to get colder, and everyone started putting all the efforts to get the barbeque grill on fire. It took a little while, but with all the combined efforts, we were able to get the grill hotter.
We started grilling barbeque on a hot grill while the cold breeze was occurring along with rain. The boys were on the grill, and the girls were busy taking photographs and waiting for food. Everyone was fully indulged in the celebrations.
Finally, the time we all were waiting for came, and that was the time when bbq was ready. Everyone was drooling over the yummilious barbeque. The aroma of tasty grilled meat and charcoal was in every corner of the office. We couldn’t wait to dig into the food and eat our hearts out. Everyone wanted to have that first bite, but one person who won it off was Shehzada Saleem, one of our best web developers. The eating session was the best part of this celebration. Hot barbequed meat was accompanied by the yummy cold drinks and spicy gossips.
We did not realize while eating, but after we were done, we felt full, so we decided to clean up the jumble to be a little active. The sun was setting, and it was late evening by the time we were done with our barbeque party. It was a great day with a lot of memories and amazing moments.
